Minimal impl of `/bin/true`. Since green numbers are written directly to the
output, this writes hardcoded elf headers and machine code to issue the exit
system call. While valid, typical Blue programs will build up a vocabulary
across multiple `.bo` files. However it does all start with green numbers.
